Call for Papers
The LOC invites prospective authors who wish to present papers at the NSAP-LAUTECH 2027 Conference to submit their original research and/or technical reports in English language. Authors should propose the sub-theme under which their manuscript should be published and preferred mode of presentation at the top left corner of the manuscript.

Manuscript & Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation Guideline
- Authors are advised to prepare a PowerPoint as multimedia projectors will be available.
- Number of slides should not be more than 12, title and reference slides inclusive.
- Pictorial type is more preferred.
- Participants must register and submit their slides to nsaplautech@gmail.com latest 28th February 2027.
Poster Presentation Guideline
- Must contain an extended abstract of not more than two pages (intro, materials/methods, results/discussion, refs).
- Moderate poster size: 90cm (Horizontal) X 120cm (Vertical) in Portrait orientation.
- Must include title, author's name, abstract, introduction, materials & methods, results & discussion, conclusion/recommendation, and refs.
- Use of charts, tables, figures, and pictures is encouraged.
- Notify presentation preference on/before 28th February 2027.
Manuscript Preparation
Structure: Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendation, References.
Formatting: Microsoft Word (Times New Roman), single line spacing, font size 11, A4 paper with margins of 2.5 cm (1 inch) top, bottom, and sides. Page numbering is not required.
Title & Headers: The first line of the page should bear the preferred sub-theme. Second line should be left blank. Third line should carry the title in bold, uppercase, font 12, center-aligned (max 20 words / 150 chars). The next line should be blank. Authors' names and affiliations should follow, identified by symbols (e.g. *, +, etc).
Abstract & Text: Leave space or next line and type Abstract (title case, bold) to the left margin, followed by the body on the next line. Abstract should be a summary describing objectives, methods, results, conclusion (provide 5 keywords). Entire text must be fully justified, organized into sections with bold/title case headings, and bold sub-sections in sentence case. Begin text on the next line after each heading without indentation. Tables/figures inserted where discussed. References follow APA style.
Submission of Manuscript
Manuscripts should be sent to: nsaplautech@gmail.com on or before 28th February, 2027. The lead author's name should be used as the file name.

NB: Papers submitted later than January 15, 2027 attract an additional ₦5000 late fee.
